With its 4+ bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 guests. Shared moments come alive around the large wooden table and built‑in bench, perfect for meals and gatherings. Comfort is ensured thanks to the covered spa, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning.
Enjoy nature year‑round: sandy beach, private dock, kayaks, paddleboards, hiking and ATV trails. Music lovers and gamers will appreciate the music corner and the annex building featuring a pool table, ping‑pong and a bar area.
In winter, the adventure continues with access to snowmobile trails via the Sacacomie River (weather permitting), as well as cross‑country skiing and snowshoeing.
